The last two days have been very long, tiring and draining on all of us. Losing someone you love really makes me stop and think about all the people in our life and just how much they mean to us. It makes me think about people I've already lost and how life can seem so unfair at times.
Two facts for today, since I missed yesterday, The most common form of Down syndrome is called Trisomy 21, because it involves an extra copy of the 21st chromosome. Also, Down syndrome is a condition or a syndrome, not a disease.
